FMS Is Building Something Big for Skilled Trades

FMS families and students, here's a first look at something we're really excited about: the Construction Skilled-Trades Lab coming to our technical center.

This new 4,000-square-foot facility will be built on the site of the former PreK West building and is set to open by Fall 2027. The equipment for the Lab has already been purchased and is on site at FMS, ready for installation once construction is complete.

This morning, students and staff at Mesa Verde Elementary joined communities across the country in celebrating National Walk & Roll to School Day along College Boulevard. The annual event encourages students to build healthy habits that support physical health, mental alertness, and traffic safety, especially in busy areas near our schools. Go, Wildcats!

Language & Culture Department Hosts Family Event on Kinaaldá

Last week, our Language & Culture Department hosted a family event and presentation on Kinaaldá, the traditional four-day coming-of-age ceremony for young girls in the Diné culture. The evening was led by Dr. Avery Denny, who shared his knowledge of the ceremony, including the preparations that come before it and the teachings that guide it.

Titan School Solutions

Make your Titan account today!

The FMS Student Nutrition Department uses Titan School Solutions for school meal payments. Titan allows parents and guardians to better monitor student spending in school cafeterias and the ability to manage multiple children's meal plans throughout the FMS District.

Titan allows parents to:

Make online payments to your children's cafeteria accounts
Remotely monitor your children's cafeteria meal accounts
Set up automatic, recurring payments
Set up low account balance email or text alerts

Getting started with Titan is easy.

1. Visit the Titan website

Go to family.titan.k12.com. Access from any computer, tablet or mobile device. A mobile app is also available.

2. Create a Free Account

Titan's user-friendly portal makes signing up easy and quick.

3. Add Funds and Apply

Add funds securely to student accounts.
